Founded by national multi-award-winning fitness coach, presenter, and motivational speaker Dominique Parlatt, The Hive was born from a deep passion for not just physical transformation, but mental wellbeing too.
After years of touring and inspiring thousands, Dominique saw a need to bring this mission closer to home—quite literally. The studio is thoughtfully built on the grounds of her own home, offering a warm, welcoming space for those seeking a more personal connection than the traditional gym can offer.

Using a specialized machine called the Reformer, our classes offer a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and supports your body — no matter your age, ability, or experience.
